Responsibilities

The Department of Orthopaedics is excited to open our new state of the art clinic in Henrietta at Marketplace Mall in November 2023. We are looking for the best to join our nursing leadership team as an Assistant Nurse Manager. Will be responsible for assisting nursing leadership team in oversight of clinic tower along with UR Orthopaedic clinics throughout the region. Individual must coach and empower team members for optimal patient outcomes while fostering an environment of personal accountability and integrity. Assure Team collaboration by portraying strong interpersonal and communication skills. Individual must be willing to organize and facilitate throughput. Individual is willing to work with newborn to geriatric patients. Interested in initiating changes to improve overall patient care, provide constructive feedback to staff, resolve patient concerns, TJC, and QA/PI activities.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 83,720 - $117,208 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
