Responsibilities

Assistant Director of GCH Nursing with a focus on Critical Care unit support. The primary objective of this role is to provide support/guidance across GCH ICU units, ensuring that individual units have the necessary staffing and support structure to deliver high quality nursing care. Coaching/mentoring/professional development of nursing leaders in these areas is an essential component of this role. The Assistant Director works collaboratively with the GCH Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Pediatric Nursing, the GCH Chief Clinical Officer and the GCH Chief Administrative Officer.

Qualifications

Registered Professional Nurse, Master’s degree required, five years of progressive management experience in an organization of similar size and complexity with a significant level of accomplishment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $102,960 - $154,440 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
