Assistant Director of Nursing for Cardiac Care, Thoracic, and Dialysis Service

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Director of Nursing for Cardiac Care, Thoracic and Dialysis and with considerable latitude for exercise of independent judgment: organizes, implements, monitors, controls and evaluates the program of nursing practice within the service area units in accordance with the general nursing practice philosophy and objectives.
Qualifications
RN with Master’s Degree in Nursing. Five or more year’s leadership/management experience in an academic medical center required. Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements is required for this service area as multiple certifications of programs are relevant. Acute care experience required with advanced level of care experience preferred. Project management, project development, and excellent communication skills with a multidisciplinary team are required. Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision making. Relevant certification required.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $102,960 - $154,440 Annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
