Faculty Job Description:

The University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist with subspecialty training in Critical Care Medicine. Principal clinical duties include providing inpatient attending cardiology services in the CVICU and Heart Center Services. Duties also include assisting with coverage in the SMH Echocardiography Lab, including TEE duties.

Requirements include:

M.D. Degree or equivalent

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Critical Care Medicine

Must obtain New York State Medical License prior to employment start date

Must meet all requirements for a faculty position at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and Credentialing.

Post offer drug screen and health assessment required

Compliance with University of Rochester and New York State health requirements

Pay Range

Pay Range: $315,000 - $446,291 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
