Faculty job description:

The University of Rochester Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting for a Midwife at the Assistant/ Associate level in the Division of Midwifery. The responsibilities of this position will include provision of clinical midwifery services within the framework of an academic medical center. These services include both outpatient and inpatient care of patients of the Midwifery Division, including management of prenatal care, well-woman primary and gynecologic care. Candidates must have an MSN Degree with AMCB Certification in Midwifery. Experience preferred, but new graduates may apply. The applicant must be eligible for NYS Licensure. A post-offer health assessment and drug testing is required to be performed on-site. Pay Range

Pay Range: $106,700 - $132,819 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
