Faculty Job Description:
The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is recruiting for a physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Monroe county.
Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.
Requirements:
Must Possess an MD or equivalent with experience in Pediatrics and be board certified (or board eligible)
Must obtain NYS licensure prior to start

Candidates applying to this position will be asked to secure an individual DEA and will be required to complete a post-offer health assessment and drug test at the University’s Occupational Medicine site in Rochester, NY.
