Cardiac Cath & Electrophysiology Lab - Assistant Nurse Manager, Level IV

Responsibilities

UR Medicine Cardiac Care includes one of the regions’ largest Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology lab programs. The Cath and EP unit is an inpatient / outpatient procedural lab with a holding area for recovering patients post procedure. Critical care experience or cardiac medical/surgical experience is required. Must demonstrate ability to function in a leadership role, be flexible in caring for a diverse population and work collaboratively as an active member of an interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 86,840 - $121,576 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
