Faculty job description
- The Department of Psychiatry, a department of the University of Rochester, is recruiting a psychologist whose duties will include teaching graduate level courses, and may include continuing education offerings, in the Family Therapy Training Program. Duties associated with this position will be carried out at the University of Rochester and will be part of the Department of Psychiatry’s Institute for the Family. We encourage applicants with classroom teaching experience in graduate education and clinical experience in family therapy and integrated behavioral health care to apply. Working knowledge of and experience with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Professional Marriage and Family Therapy Principles and the American Psychological Association’s Guidelines for Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care preferred.
Requirements:
PhD or doctoral equivalent in psychology, licensed in the state of New York, with clinical and teaching experience in family therapy, integrated behavioral healthcare, and systems consultation.
Must obtain NYS licensure prior to start. We don’t need this but fine to leave it in

Hourly Rate: $90/hr

Pay Range
Pay Range: $31.200 - $500,000 Annual
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
