G1600 - ED Observation - Registered Nurse, Level II

Responsibilities
Unit recently moved to G-1600, Dynamic opportunity for an experienced RN to utilize all the skills within their scope of practice while caring for a diverse adult population of both emergency observation and admitted boarding patients. These patients will range from short stay to full admissions. This is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and great communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $ 34.50 - $ 44.85 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Schedule: FT/Per Diem positions available, D/E/N, 12 hours shifts, weekends and holidays per unit policy.
