ResponsibilitiesGENERAL PURPOSE:
Provides advanced technical expertise in the design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, integration, implementation, maintenance, and security of solutions, including the delivery and support of core IT applications and systems. Manages the lifecycle of new development, including reviewing requirements, designing architecture, and leads daily development efforts of the team.
Documents technical requirements for databases, applications, and technology infrastructure, consults with team members and potentially community members when appropriate. Provides third level support for all team functions and on-call.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and drive software development, stabilization and maintenance support for IAM, Privileged Account Management, Two-factor Authentication and Password Vaulting solutions. This includes implementing identity controls and settings that align with security best practices. Takes a lead role in working with third party vendors and software companies.
Leads design sessions to develop complex technical enhancements for conversions, integrations, applications, systems or functional services fulfilling user requirements and goals. Leads technical application or system design reviews and code/configuration walkthroughs.
Lead creation and implementation of software development lifecycle procedures, process standards, training, and audits for assuring quality in the IAM development environment
Develops, reviews and approves technical documentation and procedures used to maintain applications, system documents and programs.
Works closely with, and leads, users, functional / business analysts and technical testers to prepare test plans, test data and complete integrated testing.
Maintains a deep and broad knowledge of technology, equipment, and or systems in the assigned functional area. Maintains a deep and broad knowledge of the latest functionality associated with cloud-based applications, best practices, and trends of cloud computing.
Provide on-call and after-hours support as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science or Engineering
4+ years of relevant experience
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge in Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP and ETL tools.
Advanced knowledge of SAML, SSO, LDAP, Unix
Advanced experience with MS Active Directory, LDAP, relational databases, and access management systems
Advanced experience with role-based access control, account onboarding processes and system integrations
Proficient in SQL and capable of writing complex queries for relational databases. Advanced understanding of table joins, triggers, and materialized views
Experience with two-factor authentication and privileged account management tools
Business Skills:
Advanced project management and work coordination skills
Advanced ability to translate business needs into solution requirements
Advanced ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined timelines
Ability to establish working relationships with staff, peers and leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and leadership
