Gathers information, analyzes and interprets data, determines metrics to demonstrate Joint commission compliance. Disseminates information to Directors, Managers and Supervisors for further direction. Helps formulate goals, protocols and information gathering methods to support strategic business planning. Ability to foster and develop contacts outside and within the organization and represent the organization positively.


  • Analyzes standardized reports to ensure that departmental performance goals and objectives are satisfied. (Life Safety, Utility Management, & Environment of Care documentation requirements for the Joint Commission). Reports any discrepancies to the Operations Manager for follow up.

  • Under general direction of the Operations Manager utilizes the MCFO preventive maintenance database to produce customized reports in support of all regulatory compliance requirements for MCFO. These reports are produced weekly, monthly and quarterly with specific feedback to the Directors, Managers & supervisors of their respected areas of responsibility.

  • Supports the Mobileview/AeroScout temperature monitoring program administration process by investigating historical Information due to temperature deviations to satisfy regulatory compliance. Will report to the Directors and Managers any inconsistencies outside expected norms identified within the reports.

  • Supports customer user groups in the deployment and recalibration of temperature devices to maintain National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) certifications. Analyzes request for temperature monitoring to determine the appropriate specifications for each device deployment.

  • Prepares monthly reports and recommendations based upon analysis of information gathered to assess ongoing supervisory/staff work & productivity performance measurements Will report out to the Operations Managers during weekly meetings.

  • Devises methods for complex search strategies and collection of information, often using statistical methods and computer programming and analysis. These searches will be requested by the Directors or Managers based on a business need.

  • Responsible for securing electronic access to the departmental regulatory reports.

  • Active member of The Joint Commission compliance team by providing detailed information to the management team.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE (minimum required):

    Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting, 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent. Fluency in written and spoken English required. Advanced experience in PC based word processing, spreadsheet and database applications required, IBM PC preferred.
