Responsibilities

The Center for Primary Care, a division of the University of Rochester, is recruiting for a physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Monroe C ounty.

Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model. This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Must Possess an MD or equivalent

  • Must obtain NYS Medical licensure prior to start

  • Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required

  • Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
