Responsibilities

General Purpose

Handles all functions associated with the resolution of an exclusive set of complex, specialty accounts. Researches, retains and makes suggestions to optimize key performance in collections in this area. Resolves system edits, unpaid and denied insurance/client accounts, resulting in payment or resolution of the outstanding claim. Utilizes billing software and adheres to documented policies, procedures and workflows related to billing and collection.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Associate's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range

Pay Range: $19.37 - $27.12 Hourly

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
