Medical Specialties - Ambulatory - Assistant Nurse Manager, Level IV

Responsibilities

This is a dynamic leadership position that works collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a multi- specialty department. This ANM will have responsibility in assisting nursing leadership in oversite of the endocrine and nephrology departments with clinical skills and operational growth as well as management of the ULP of ambulatory technicians. Individuals in this role must be able to coach and empower team members for optimal patient outcomes while fostering an environment of personal accountability and integrity to assure team collaboration by promoting strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $40.25 - $56.35

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
