Responsibilities
Exciting growth opportunity for those interested in pursuing leadership. Responsible for the oversight of two offices, Rochester and Clifton Springs, with a primary office located in Brighton. Additional responsibilities include; monitoring of daily activities, staffing, the facilitation of, and ability to provide clinical care for patients with acute and chronic pain. Lead a diverse team of techs and nurses in both procedural and office based work environments. Work together with ambulatory leadership, administration, and practice managers to achieve departmental goals. Interpret policy, establish and maintain standards of practice consistent with the university. Ideal candidates should be motivated, have excellent communication skills, and role model IICARE values. Previous leadership experience preferred, but not required. Requires NYS license and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Qualifications
Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.
