Responsibilities

RN to work in a busy Orthopaedic practice. Responsibilities include direct care of ambulatory Orthopaedic pts, brace fitting, setting up and assisting with procedures, suture staple removal, applying a variety of casts and splints to patients, medication administration, patient and staff education, and charge nurse duties. Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment, able to multitask and lead a team in providing optimal patient care and throughput. Able to represent the strong commitment with staff and patients. NYS license is required.

Qualifications

Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have less than 6-12 months of RN experience.
