Assists in preparing food supplies and equipment for Cooks and assists them in preparation of food. May perform grill and broiler activities independently. Position involves lifting items weighing approximately 40-50 pounds.
Knowledge of the methods of food preparation; ability to speak and understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication; and one year experience in commercial food service; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
