GENERAL PURPOSE:Provides strategic direction and analytical support for schools, departments, programs and activities under the academic oversight of the Provost. Works closely with Office of Budgets and Planning on academic financial plans, multi-year forecasts and annual budgets under the oversight of the CFO.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develops and implements strategic initiative modeling, including program revenue modeling, enrollment growth, new program business plans, academic cost saving initiatives and joint programs/business plans between academic divisions.2. Reviews and analyzes academic division organizational and operational responsibilities and needs. Makes recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative support activities.3. Develops and monitors Provost Office account budgets, reporting back to the Budget Office.4. Collaborates with the Budget Office, Deans and Academic Financial Officers on academic financial plans, multi-year forecasts and annual budgets for review and approval by the Provost and CFO.5. Coordinates, develops and distributes responses to Faculty Senate information requests.6. Coordinates tuition and fee requests. Benchmarks and prepares materials for Board review and approval.7. Develops and automates dashboard analysis of academic operations with institutional research and data governance.8. Assists in academic space planning on the River Campus.9. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10 years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent planning and analytical skills and strong analytical and communication skills required. Demonstrated leadership ability working in higher education administration preferred.
